Cybersecurity incident. Myriad detected unauthorized access to its IT network on 11/02/2026 and temporarily suspended testing operations and order management while it contained the activity, investigated and reset certain system credentials. Most systems had returned to normal by the report date, but the investigation—including whether patient records were accessed—was ongoing; Myriad did not believe the incident would have a material adverse effect on its business.
